  Came in for a battery for my old phone that was not working properly and I was able to get a new phone and in addition a new device that I was not aware of. The Verizon HUM. Its this new nifty device that connects your car to your account. It offers free vehicle diagnostics, road side assistance and gps locator. Not to mention discount to some of your favorite places to shop. I love it

  I went in with a problem and Eddie took care of my needs immediately by greeting me at the door. I thought it was a joke! He gave me options not trying to force me to buy. It was a great experience for me. The best I ever had in a retail store. I ended up upgrading and referring a friend to go in and ask for Eddie. Thank you for the experience. I will be back!
